Mandatory ID Registration: To comply with Gibraltar's Register of Property Occupation Act, all guests must complete our online check-in and provide a valid government ID via the "Guest Portal" link that we will share upon successful booking. Only after this step is complete, we will be able to release your access codes to the apartment. 2. No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking on the balcony or in communal areas is also prohibited by building management. A £250 professional cleaning fee will apply for any violations. Smoke alarms are installed in different sections of the apartment to detect and prosecute violators. 3. Quiet Hours (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM): Please respect our neighbours. Marina Club is a residential resort; loud music, parties, or disruptive noise during these hours may result in immediate eviction without a refund. 4. Rooftop Pool & Deck Safety: No glass, no alcohol, and no food are permitted on the rooftop pool decks or sky bridges at any time. Guests must follow all posted resort signage. 5. Occupancy Limit: Only the guests listed on the original booking are permitted in the apartment and pool areas. No unregistered overnight visitors are allowed. 6. No Parties or Events are allowed. Our home is for relaxation and business travel only. Unauthorized gatherings will trigger an immediate cancellation of the stay. 7. Check-out Procedures: Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM to allow our cleaners time to prepare for the next guest. Please ensure all windows are closed (or better if you can leave one window in every room very slightly open to allow for ventilation), the AC is turned off, all other electric appliances such as TV, towel racks in the bathrooms etc are turned off, and the door is locked. 8. Kitchen Care: Please load and start the dishwasher before departure. Any excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover will incur an additional fee. 9.
